Intel says that according to the third edition of the specification, notebooks with the Intel Evo logo can run heavier workloads and be tested for real-world use cases, ensuring excellent daily life, as well as extraordinary responsiveness, instant wake-up, long battery life, and fast charging.
In particular, Evo-spec notebooks based on 12th-generation Core processors are optimized for multitasking thanks to their hybrid architecture, such as maintaining excellent connectivity, image quality, and sound during multi-person video calls.
Intel Evo has more than 150 ecosystem partners and is expected to launch more than 100 Evo-certified systems this year, including the first introduction of folding screens and the first introduction of 12 Core H-series processors.
In addition, Intel also announced the "Engineered for Intel Evo" program, which will extend joint engineering and real-world application testing to peripheral accessories.
The first partners include Poly, Anker, Kensington, Dell, HP, Belkin, Samsung, Sabrent, OWC, etc., covering Thunderbolt displays, docking stations, storage devices, Bluetooth headsets, etc.
