Recently, the Baoji Banking and Insurance Regulatory Branch of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission issued an announcement on the cancellation of the "Insurance Concurrently Business License" of 31 insurance concurrently operating agencies including Baoji Beiben Heavy Truck Automobile Sales Co., Ltd., and the content of the "Announcement" is as follows:
In accordance with Article 70 of the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant provisions on the administration of insurance licenses, our sub-bureau has cancelled the "Insurance Concurrently Operating Agency Business License" (see the attachment for the specific list) of 31 insurance concurrent-business agencies such as Baoji Beiben Heavy-Duty Truck Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. in accordance with the law, and is hereby announced. If you are not satisfied with this announcement, you may apply to the Shaanxi Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau for administrative reconsideration within 60 natural days from the date of this announcement, or directly file an administrative lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction within 6 months. During the period of reconsideration and litigation, the enforcement of this announcement shall not be suspended.
The above-mentioned 31 institutions shall return the original certificates to our sub-bureau within 30 days from the date of publication of this announcement. If the license is lost, it must be published in accordance with the regulatory regulations and reported to our sub-bureau. The above 31 institutions are not allowed to continue to carry out insurance agency business, if it is found that there is an act of carrying out insurance agency business with an invalid "Insurance Concurrently Business Agency Business License", please report to the Baoji Banking and Insurance Regulatory Branch in a timely manner.
