Agony Unrated is a religious horror survival game about a soul looking for a man named "Red Goddess" to escape from hell. The game's depiction of hell blood and violence is very high (such as the opening heart of the heavenly equality), resulting in many adults can not accept it psychologically, so the official game is made into two versions, namely the normal version and the unrated version (or the uncut version). However, recently players have discovered that the unrated version released in 2018 is no longer available in the Steam library, indicating that it is for "technical and legal reasons".
To that end, game developer Madmind Studio published a blog post explaining the issue. The post said that games like "Pain Hell" will always encounter some difficulties on the Steam platform, and the official does not fully understand the reasons for the removal, and cannot be operated to re-launch, and is currently in contact with Steam customer service. However, players who have previously purchased the game will not be affected and will still receive a download link for the unrated version.
According to SteamDB's records, Inferno of Pain was removed from the shelves on February 16, and players could not access its homepage, although purchases from other sources were not affected.
