Recently, the Yuhuazhai Community Health Service Center of Xi'an High-tech Zone was listed on the List of Institutions with Outstanding Performance and Service Quality in the "2021 "Quality Service Grassroots Line" Activities of the National Health and Health Commission" to meet the recommended standards for service capabilities.
It is understood that in 2021, in accordance with the work deployment, all parts of the country will solidly carry out the "quality service grass-roots line" activities, and the majority of grass-roots medical and health institutions will make overall plans for epidemic prevention and control and daily medical and health services, compare service capacity standards, make up for shortcomings, strengths and weaknesses, and continue to strengthen service capacity building. After strict procedures such as institutional self-assessment, county-level audit, prefectural and provincial-level review, and on-site consistency evaluation of the national expert group, and according to the evaluation results, some provinces with low consistency rates were verified and reduced, and it was finally determined that more than 2,200 community health service centers and township health centers across the country met the recommended standards for service capacity, and a total of 43 community health service centers in Shaanxi Province, including Yuhuazhai Community Health Service Center, were listed on the list.
Yuhuazhai Community Health Service Center has a construction area of 5,313.5 square meters, a service area of 12.2 square kilometers, and a service area of about 299,000 people, with outpatient diagnosis and treatment area, preventive health care service area, children's health care area, health examination area, traditional Chinese medicine characteristics and rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment area, expert outpatient area, oral and eye health service area, women's health care and family planning service area, chronic disease elderly health service area and inpatient department.
At the same time, the Yuhuazhai Community Health Service Center has also set up an intelligent health management center (physical examination department), a children's health clinic, a children's spa room, a children's nebulization room, a traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation physiotherapy center, a postpartum rehabilitation room, an eye health service room, a laminar flow operating room and other departments required by the masses. Provide the people in the jurisdiction with "six-in-one" medical and health services such as medical treatment, prevention, health care, health education, rehabilitation, and family planning.
