On 19 February, in the 25th round of La Liga, Atletico madrid challenged Osasuna away. Felix struck a 172-second blitz, Suarez's 37m super shot, Correa's icing on the cake and Atletico beat Osasuna 3-0! The victory brought Atletico back to La Liga top 4 and Barca fell to 6th place.
In the 2021-22 la Liga season, the battle for 4 is particularly exciting. Prior to this round, Barca were provisionally 4th with 39 points in 23 games, Atletico ranked 5th with 39 points, and Villarreal was 7th with 36 points. With the Yellow Submarines beating Granada 4-1, they jumped to fourth with 18 goals difference of 39 points, and Barca fell to 5th.
For Atletico, it's a game you can't afford to lose. Felix and Suarez led Atletico's attacking line, Carrasco and Marcos Llorente were on the two wings of the 442, and Oblak town guarded the gate. Just 172 seconds into the opening, Atletico scored:
