During the day on the 19th, there was light rain on cloudy days throughout the province, and there was freezing rain or sleet in the high terrain of Bijie City, the northern part of Liupanshui City, Guiyang City, Tongren City, the north-central part of Qiannan Prefecture, most of Zunyi City, and the northern part of Qiandongnan Prefecture;
From the night of the 19th to the day of the 20th, there was light rain in the southern part of the province, and there was freezing rain or sleet in most of the rest of the area, of which tongren city and the central and northern parts of Qiandongnan Prefecture had moderate to heavy snow;
From the night of the 20th to the day of the 21st, there was light rain on a cloudy day in the southern part of the province, and there was freezing rain or sleet in the rest of the area, of which bijie city, the western part of Zunyi city, and the northern part of Liupanshui city had moderate to heavy snow;
