At about 15:00 on February 18, the Sinan County Fire Rescue Brigade in Tongren City, Guizhou Province, received a mass alarm: Near the Xiangshu Trough of Banqiao Town, National Highway G211 Sinan County, a bus collided with two off-road vehicles in a row, causing the driver of the white off-road vehicle to be trapped, the situation was very critical, after receiving the alarm, the local fire rescue personnel immediately rushed to the scene to deal with it.
Fire rescue personnel arrived at the scene and found that the incident point was a curve. Among them, the black off-road vehicle was squeezed in the middle by two cars dead, while the front of the white off-road vehicle was seriously deformed, the driver was stuck in it and could not move, there was blood flowing from his head, and his life was in danger.
After further investigation, the commander found that the SUV driver's thigh was stuck by the deformed dashboard, and the blood was direct. The fire commander immediately ordered "soldiers to divide into two roads", one way personnel pulled the car door and cleaned the glass to create conditions for expanding the rescue space; the other way used hydraulic ejector rods to support the dashboard, opening up a "life channel" for the trapped driver. After the dashboard is fully lifted, the rescuers turn the cab seat down backwards and transfer the trapped people by means of rescue stretchers.
After five minutes of intense rescue, the trapped driver was successfully rescued and then handed over to medical staff to rush him to the hospital for treatment.
At present, the cause of the accident is under further investigation.
