On February 18, Liu Zhiqiang, the county magistrate of the government, organized a scheduling meeting for the county's rural revitalization work. County leader Li Rongzhai and government offices, agricultural and rural bureaus, finance bureaus, and other units attended the meeting.
Liu Zhiqiang emphasized:
First, we must raise our political standing. Fully implement the spirit of the central, provincial and municipal series of documents, combine the actual conditions of Linzhang, formulate implementation plans with high standards, refine and implement work measures, and ensure the implementation of various measures.
Second, we must strive to create bright spots in our work. Adhere to overall planning and global rectification, consolidate the responsibilities of the two levels of rural areas, strengthen the guarantee of policies, funds and other elements, do a good job of demonstration and overall advancement, and make every effort to create provincial-level beautiful villages and rural revitalization demonstration films, and continuously improve the living standards of the masses.
Third, supervision and inspection should be strengthened. Establish a mechanism for scheduling weekly meetings, monthly observation and evaluation, and annual summary and assessment, formulate methods for observation and evaluation, score and report queues on the spot, commend the advanced, drive backwardness, and continuously strengthen the atmosphere of rural revitalization.
