At 10:00 on February 5, officials of the Belgian delegation arrived at the service desk at the National Olympic Committee Service Center. Belgian alpine skier Piters' ski equipment had just arrived at the airport due to delayed luggage. Because there was a race the next day, they wanted to get their luggage as soon as possible, so that the athletes could go to the track to familiarize themselves with the venue first.

As of February 19, the Yanqing Winter Olympic Village arrival and departure team has provided departure-related services to 632 people from 65 delegations including the United States, britain, Iceland, Canada, Italy, etc., and there are more difficult large-scale departure tasks waiting for them.
