The "Shanghai Municipal Implementation Plan for Promoting the High-quality Development of Old-age Childcare Services" was officially issued a few days ago. The "Plan" proposes to deepen the formation of a home-based community institutions to coordinate, medical and health care combined with the old-age service system and the construction of a government-led, family-oriented, multi-party participation, and combined with the combination of education and medical care, at the same time, the overall promotion mechanism of "one old and one small" is more sound. Focusing on the goal, a total of 22 key contents and safeguard measures such as promoting the optimization of the structure of old-age services and expanding the effective supply of childcare services are proposed.
