Due to the needs of work, the Public Security Sub-Bureau is now openly recruiting 154 police auxiliary personnel to assist the police in carrying out patrol prevention and control, public security management and logistics support, etc., and the relevant matters are as follows:

1. Recruitment positions and number of people

The police auxiliary personnel recruited this time are non-staff contract workers who are not people's police and are not of the nature of career establishment status. The specific number of positions and requirements are shown in the following table:

2. Recruitment conditions

(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, abide by national laws and regulations, and have good conduct.

(2) Be over 18 years old and under 40 years old; have an education level of high school (vocational high school, secondary technology) or above. Applicants for service auxiliary police are required to be at least 1.65 meters tall; applicants for work auxiliary police, detention center cooks, and personnel with special work experience or skills may appropriately relax the age, height and other conditions.

(3) Be in good health, have the physical fitness and working ability required to perform the duties of the post, be in good shape, have no obvious disease characteristics in appearance, have no skin diseases that affect the face and are difficult to cure, have no history of mental illness, have no tattoos, have no dyed bright colored hair, have no limb dysfunction, and express clearly in language.

(4) Under the same conditions, priority will be given to recruiting the spouses and children of public security martyrs and public security police officers who have sacrificed their lives in the line of duty, the spouses and children of serving public security police officers, retired military personnel, activists and advanced individuals who have seen righteousness and courage, graduates of police or political and legal academies, and persons with employment difficulties who meet the requirements of their posts.

(5) Those who have any of the following circumstances must not apply for the examination:

1. The person or family members or major social relations participate in illegal organizations, cults, or engage in other activities endangering national security;

2. A family member or principal socially related person is serving a prison sentence or is under investigation;

3. Those who have received criminal punishment or are suspected of violating the law or committing crimes have not yet been clarified;

4. Fabricating or disseminating information that is detrimental to the state's reputation, opposes the Party's theories, lines, principles, and policies, or violates State laws and regulations;

5. Being punished for taking or injecting drugs, prostituting, prostituting, gambling, or providing conditions for gambling;

6. Those who have been placed under administrative detention, judicial detention, or custody and education;

7. Where the lawyer's or notary's practice certificate has been revoked;

8. Those who have been dismissed from public office, expelled from the military, or dismissed for violating discipline or violating laws and regulations;

9. Leaving the job without authorization before the labor contract period for police auxiliary work has expired;

3. Recruitment process

(1) Registration

1. Registration time: From February 21, 2022 to March 1, 2022, 9:30 to 11:30 every day, and 14:30 to 17:30, on-site registration will be accepted. Registration is accepted on Saturday, February 26, and closed on February 27 (Sunday). When applying, candidates should do a good job in epidemic prevention and control work (wearing masks, showing health codes, and making health declarations) in accordance with regulations.

2. Registration location: Liwan District Public Security Bureau Police Auxiliary Office (Guangzhou Liwan District Fangcun Avenue East No. 198 Public Security Bureau compound on the first floor).

3. Candidates should provide the following materials for verification by the staff when registering:

(1) The original and copy of the first page of my valid household registration book, my page and the second-generation ID card (the original is returned to me on the spot after verification, and the copy is unified as A4 paper specifications and is not returned by the Police Auxiliary Office, the same below);

(2) The original and copy of my highest academic certificate;

(3) The original and copy of other relevant materials that can prove that they meet the preferential recruitment conditions;

(4) Household registration personnel in this city must provide the original and copy of their unemployment manual;

(5) The original of the "Personal Credit Report" issued by the Chinese Bank;

(6) A color photo of myself that is a small one-inch front without a crown recently.

(2) Examinations

After passing the qualification review, the candidate shall enter the examination link according to the notification requirements (the examination time will be announced separately). The examination consists of three parts: physical fitness test, written test (skill test), and interview. The total score of the exam is 100 points, which is calculated by the score of the written test (skill test) and the interview score in the ratio of 5:5. Among them, the physical fitness test is not counted in the total score, but must be required to meet the standard, and candidates who do not meet the physical fitness test are considered to be unqualified (candidates for auxiliary police and prison cooks do not need to take the physical fitness test).

1. Physical fitness test: The test item is vertical jump and high. It mainly tests whether the physical fitness of the candidate meets the work requirements of the auxiliary police position. The standards for meeting the high standards for vertical jumping and touching are to be implemented with reference to the "Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards for Public Security Organs Hiring People's Police (Provisional)" (265 cm for men ≥ and 230 cm for women ≥). The results of the physical fitness test are announced immediately, and those who fail the physical fitness assessment are directly eliminated.

2. Written examination (skill test) :(1) Written examination (applicable to candidates for auxiliary police posts) shall be conducted in a closed-book manner. It mainly tests the basic knowledge of auxiliary police management, current affairs and politics, basic legal knowledge and official writing; (2) skills test (applicable to candidates for auxiliary police and prison cook positions). It mainly tests the candidate's logistics support operation skill level. Both the written test and the skills test are 100 points out of 100 and are counted as 50% of the total test score.

3. Interview: Mainly tests the candidate's job search motivation, thinking reaction, demeanor and other situations. A full score of 100 points for the interview is counted as 50% of the total score of the examination (the passing score of the interview is 60 points, and candidates who fail the interview are considered to have failed the examination).

After the test, the total score is calculated according to the candidate's written test (skill test) and interview score, and the physical examination link is entered in a 1:1 ratio in the order of high and low scores.

(3) Physical examination

The physical examination shall be carried out at the designated time (to be notified separately) and in the second-class or above hospitals in this city, and the physical examination standards shall be carried out with reference to the "General Standards for Physical Examination of PublicLy Recruited Personnel of Public Institutions in Guangdong Province" (Yue Ren Shefa [2010] No. 382), and the physical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates. Candidates who are recommended by the physical examination hospital for re-examination are deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications if they cannot reach a qualified conclusion within one week, and the employer can make up for them in turn among those who have the qualifications according to their actual needs. Those who pass the physical examination enter the inspection link.

(4) Inspection

Conduct political investigations of qualified personnel for physical examination, mainly examining the political ideology, moral character, ability and quality, study and work performance of the candidates. After investigation, it is found that the applicant does not meet the employment requirements for various reasons, and shall not be hired. If the vacancy is caused by the failure to pass the inspection, it shall be filled sequentially among the personnel who have the qualifications for candidacy.

4. Employment and treatment

After the candidates are qualified after inspection, they are determined to be candidates for employment and announced to the public for 5 working days, after the announcement has no objections, they will handle the employment procedures in accordance with the regulations, and the service center of the Liwan District Public Security Sub-Bureau will sign a labor contract with the hired personnel (among them, the service auxiliary police and the auxiliary police of the work and service will uniformly sign the "Labor Contract for the Public Welfare Posts of Auxiliary Police Members in Liwan District") and arrange for probation after passing the pre-job training and assessment (the probation period shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations), and those who pass the probationary period assessment shall enjoy the corresponding salary and welfare benefits. The salary and treatment standards are implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the funding guarantee standards for temporary personnel in Guangzhou City and Liwan District. Where the probationary period is unqualified, the labor contract shall be terminated in accordance with regulations.
