Coordinate pre-job internships
Coordinate the obstetric vaccination room of the district people's hospital, organize the newly hired staff to conduct on-site field learning, focusing on learning the newborn vaccination workflow, vaccination technology points, vaccine cold chain management, obstetric vaccination room work system and data management technical specifications, etc., so that the staff can enter the post role in advance.
Organize training and assessment
On the afternoon of February 16, the obstetric vaccination technology training class was held, and the laws and regulations such as the "Vaccine Management Law", "Vaccination Work Specification", "Vaccine Storage and Transportation Management Specification" were trained, focusing on the newborn BCG vaccine and the first dose of hepatitis B vaccine immunization procedures, vaccination technology, vaccination contraindications, vaccine cold chain management technical requirements, obstetric related data management requirements, and the handling and reporting of abnormal reactions to suspected vaccination after vaccination. After the training, the on-site examination was organized, and the qualified candidates were reported to the District Health bureau, and the "training certificate" and "induction certificate" were issued to the newly hired staff, so as to make personnel and technical preparations for the smooth opening of the obstetric vaccination room, and lay a good working foundation for follow-up safe vaccination.
