It is precisely because the future is unknown and uncertain; the reality in front of us is real and difficult to break through; human nature is the pursuit of certainty, so the contradiction of this reality and the fear of the unknown make people feel depressed and sad.
It is said that the fragrance of plum blossoms comes from bitter cold, and wisdom comes from suffering, which is true.
Today, I suddenly recalled this incident, so I shared a mental method that I realized: There is a heart valve in the human body, and once it is opened, everything goes smoothly.
1, can see open, can put down, just a thought difference.
In the past, the great man said that all reactionaries are paper tigers.
At the time, I thought it was just a spiritual inspiration. Later, when I really opened my consciousness, I found that this was not just a spiritual inspiration, but a true truth.
All difficulties, all obstacles, are fake paper tigers, all sent out of their own hearts.
It seems idealistic, to tell you, I am also a person who graduated from college and was educated by Western materialism, but after years of practice and repeated verification, I have determined one thing: the heart is the center of the universe.
As the Yin Rune Sutra says, "The way of contemplating the heavens, the way of holding the heavens... The five thieves care about the heart and practice in the heavens; the universe cares about the hands, and all incarnations are born in the body. ”
The Diamond Sutra is also right, "All appearances are illusory." Everything that has a way of doing things, such as dream bubbles, such as dew and electricity, should be viewed as such. ”
But all the classics are about the same essence, the same thing, and they are really the only way to do it, and everything that changes cannot be separated from its origin.
Simply put, difficult and easy, you feel it yourself.
The same thing, if you can't see it, you feel that the sky is going to fall; you can see it, it's like you accidentally fell when you walk, get up immediately, pat your ass, and keep going, it's okay.
For me now, it seems, everything is so cloudy and breezy, and the years are quiet. In fact, the things and difficulties I have encountered are no less than before.
It's just that I didn't wake up before, my heart was not open, I lacked the wisdom to deal with it, and I would only complain and complain when things happened, and I felt that life was too difficult.
Now the heart valve is open, and when encountering the same thing, you can laugh it off, and there is no emotional entanglement. Soldiers will come to block, water will come to cover. Plain and spontaneous.
2, open the heart valve, only need to enlarge the situation.
A stone, thrown into a bowl, it is estimated that the bowl will be smashed.
A stone, thrown into a lake, can make a circle of ripples.
A stone, thrown into the magnificent sea, sorry, the sea does not feel.
This is the difference between a state of mind from small to large: the smaller the heart, the worse the endurance; the larger the heart, the stronger the endurance; the infinitely large heart, the endurance is infinite.
The human heart is both the center of the universe and a magical existence.
I tell you, the human heart can be big or small.
When you are young, infinitesimal, the person you love, talk to the opposite sex for a few words, you will be jealous and angry, small heart and eyes;
When it's big, infinity... I won't give you an example, it's a cliché.
Deciding that a person's heart is big and small is their own concern.
The more you care about things, the smaller your heart is, the smaller your endurance; the more things you don't care about, the bigger your heart, the greater your endurance.
Think about it, don't you?
Because of this, people often can't grasp what they care about, and they don't have a deep affection. The more you care, the more firmly you grasp, the easier it is to lose; the more afraid you are of failure, the more you can't get up.
3, do not care too much about everything, carefully do everything you should do.
Opening a person's heart valve is easy to say that it is difficult; it is easy to say that it is easy and difficult to say.
As a joke goes: There was a patient who suffered from an eye disease, cockfighting eyes, and the doctor only prescribed one prescription: look at it a little.
However, in my case, I also have a formula:
Don't care too much about everything, gains and losses, profits and losses, successes and failures, gathering and dispersing, sorrow and joy are all temporary, keep a normal mind, seriously do everything you should do, the best results will happen naturally.
