On September 22, 2021, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Opinions on The Complete, Accurate and Comprehensive Implementation of the New Development Concept to Do a Good Job in Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality", which proposes to take the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development as the guide, take the green and low-carbon development of energy as the key, accelerate the formation of an industrial structure, production mode, lifestyle and spatial pattern that conserves resources and protects the environment, unswervingly follow the path of high-quality development of ecological priority, green and low carbon, and ensure that carbon peaking and carbon neutrality are achieved on schedule.
"3060" double carbon target as a national strategy has been established, all walks of life are making efforts to achieve carbon peak, carbon neutrality, green and low-carbon industry ushered in a historic development opportunity and a new round of development wave. In the face of the new demand for green and low-carbon industries under the new situation, the market demand for innovative, powerful and professional green and low-carbon service providers is also increasing day by day.
As a platform of the National Energy Environment and Green Low Carbon Service Industry Alliance, EESIA, in line with the principles of fairness, justice and openness, in order to give full play to the role of the platform, provide authoritative and professional industry information for the market, promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry, and maintain the order of reasonable competition in the market, according to the group standards "Comprehensive Energy Service Capability Evaluation Technical Requirements" (T/EES 0017-2021) and "Green Low Carbon Technology Service Capability Evaluation Technical Requirements" (T/EES). 0018-2021) carried out the evaluation of comprehensive energy service capabilities and the evaluation of green and low-carbon technology service capabilities.
At the end of 2021, EESIA organized the first batch of comprehensive energy service capability evaluation and green low-carbon technology service capability evaluation, the scope of this evaluation is EESIA member units, through the member units self-declaration, expert review, online publicity and other links, the first batch of comprehensive energy service capability evaluation and green low-carbon technology service capability evaluation results have been officially released recently!
Comprehensive energy service capability evaluation
The comprehensive energy service capability evaluation object is to take the user demand as the leading, safety, low carbon, environmental protection, high efficiency, economy and intelligence as the basic principles, to save energy and reduce carbon for the purpose, through the integration and optimization of technology and management mode, to achieve green, efficient and low-carbon energy production, transmission and distribution, transformation and/or utilization of energy, to provide users with integrated energy services of energy service enterprises。
A total of 15 companies in this evaluation have obtained the comprehensive energy service capability evaluation level, including 7 ESC5 (Excellence) and 8 ESC4 (Outstanding) ratings.
Evaluation of green and low-carbon technology service capabilities
The evaluation object of green and low-carbon service capability is to provide users with green and low-carbon service companies related to energy conservation and energy efficiency, new energy development and utilization, distributed energy development and utilization, and comprehensive utilization of resources, so as to reduce or offset the greenhouse gas emissions of user entities.
A total of 25 enterprises in this evaluation have obtained the evaluation level of green and low-carbon technology service capability, including 13 GSC5 (excellent level), 9 ESC4 (outstanding level) and 3 GSC3 (excellent level).
Evaluation certificate
Enterprises that have obtained the comprehensive energy service capability evaluation and green and low-carbon technology service capability evaluation level will receive the comprehensive energy service capability/ green low-carbon technology service capability evaluation level certificate issued by EESIA.
Evaluation of the organization of work
From 2022 onwards, the evaluation of the capacity of integrated energy services and green and low-carbon services will be organized by the EESIA Secretariat, which will receive evaluation application materials for a long time, and organize centralized evaluation work in a planned and batched manner and publish a list of evaluation levels. The first batch of evaluation work in 2022 will be carried out in the near future, and enterprises interested in participating in the evaluation are welcome to continue to pay attention!
