For a long time, the actions of foreign violent terrorist organizations to spread violent terrorist audio and video to China through the Internet have never stopped.

So, what kind of "violent audio and video" is it?
"Violent terrorist audio and video" refers to audio and video containing content advocating violent terror, religious extremism, ethnic separatism, etc., including:
1. Audio and video containing content such as inciting religious extremism such as "jihad", advocating the use of violent means to endanger the lives of others and the safety of public and private property, and undermining the implementation of the law;

Article 120-6 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China Whoever knowingly possesses books, audio and video materials or other items that advocate terrorism or extremism, if the circumstances are serious, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance, and shall also be fined or fined alone.
