On 8 July, Bonjour Holdings (00653.HK) announced that Cheung has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and that he will no longer act as the Authorised Representative of the Company (for the purposes of Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange) (the "Authorized Representative under the Listing Rules") and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the "Authorised Representative"), and he has also resigned as the Company Secretary with effect from 9 July 2021.
Upon the resignation of Cheung Kwan Chiu, Zhao Lijuan will be the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, Kwan Tat Cheong will be appointed as the Authorised Representative under the Listing Rules and Wong Yiu Ming will be appointed as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative with effect from 9 July 2021.
