On the morning of February 17, the launching ceremony of the 2022 Hedong District "Spring Wind Action" and the "Caiju Hedong" on-site job fair were officially launched in Hedong Wuyue Square, Sun Quancheng, deputy district governor of the district government, attended the event and delivered a speech, and Meng Xiang, a second-level researcher of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, made an important speech and announced the official launch of the activity. The event was jointly sponsored by 8 units, including the Organization Department of the District Committee, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the District Federation of Trade Unions, and the District Rong Media Center, and was hosted by Linyi Jiantou Talent Development Group Co., Ltd. and Linyi Hedong Wuyue Plaza.

With the theme of "Spring Breeze Sends Warmth, Employment Sends True Feelings", this recruitment activity focuses on providing employment services for migrant workers stranded in the place of employment due to the epidemic, rural laborers who are willing to transfer employment, especially those who enjoy policies for poverty alleviation, rural low-income people (including those who monitor and help objects to prevent returning to poverty), unemployed university graduates, employers with employment needs, especially important industrial chain and supply chain enterprises.
The job fair invited 166 high-quality enterprises such as Aoder Group, Sanfeng Holdings, and Shi Kefeng Chemical, providing 5149 jobs. During the event, more than 2,100 job seekers consulted and applied, nearly 500 people initially reached employment intentions, and more than 3,000 policy leaflets were distributed.
