Combined with the characteristics of rural law popularization, Shishi City has innovated the integration of legal knowledge into the daily necessities of the masses, distributing more than 3,000 copies of publicity materials such as rule of law canvas bags, rule of law umbrellas, and rule of law paper towels, guiding the masses to feel the elements of the rule of law in a subtle way, and strengthening the concept of rule of law. In the propaganda activities, the public security of the first division reminded the elderly to guard against the fraud of "housing for the aged", shopping fraud of health care products, investment fraud, etc., and guard the "money bag". In the special activity of "Warming Migrant Workers", the Justice Bureau of the First Division popularized the routines and usual methods of recruitment fraud to migrant workers; included anti-fraud propaganda as one of the warning education contents of community corrections subjects, analyzed the legal consequences to be borne by participating in fraud, and put an end to community corrections subjects' participation in telecommunications network fraud and other illegal and criminal acts.

Combined with the phenomenon that the trainees paid more attention to the precautions for private lending behavior in the early stage, the three groups invited Xinjiang Tianwo Law Firm to come to the main training venue on behalf of Changjiang lawyers to teach the legal knowledge of private lending to all the trainees.
