In order to maintain market order in the field of grain purchase and sale, create a market environment for fair trade, and ensure food security in our region, Bai Liang, deputy director of the District Market Supervision Bureau, led a team to conduct a special inspection of the implementation of market order in the field of grain purchase and sale by QingliuKu and Lijiku of Chengdu Xindu District Drinking Mahe Grain and Oil Purchase and Sales Co., Ltd. The responsible persons of the Market Order Division, the Quality Supervision and Management Division, and the Qingliu Market Supervision Institute participated in the inspection.
The inspection team focused on checking whether the enterprise's measuring equipment was regularly inspected, whether the grain purchase price billboard was placed in a conspicuous position in the factory area, etc.; inquired about the enterprise's grain and oil purchase, price, quality, etc.; consulted the relevant information such as the enterprise's warehousing management ledger records; and checked the quality of the enterprise's grain products, grain storage environment, and storage temperature control measures.
During the inspection, Deputy Director Bai Liang stressed that enterprises should take the special rectification of the grain market order currently being carried out as an opportunity to fulfill their social responsibilities, implement laws and regulations such as price and measurement, operate in good faith and legally, and strictly prohibit disrupting the grain market order. The market supervision departments will continue to increase the supervision of market order in the field of grain purchase and sale, investigate and deal with illegal acts such as prices and measurements according to law, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the broad masses and the order of the grain market.
