The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics are in full swing, and the winter Olympic mascot "ice pier" has become a new top stream, and a "pier" is difficult to find. At the Jincheng Community Party and Mass Service Center in Changchun Middle Road Street, High-tech Zone (New Urban Area), Zhen Qiguo, a non-hereditary inheritor of Urumqi Printmaking (Traditional Art), used intangible cultural heritage techniques to print out a series of cute ice pier paintings.

Zhen Qiguo, the non-hereditary heir of Urumqi printmaking (traditional art), carved a cute ice pier shape on the rubber brick, and after evenly smearing it with black ink, the rice paper was covered on the rubber brick and repeatedly compacted, and the rice paper unveiled a cute ice pier and jumped on the paper.
Zhen Qiguo, a non-hereditary inheritor of Urumqi printmaking (traditional art) and a volunteer of the New Era Civilization Practice Institute in Changchun Middle Road Street, High-tech Zone (New Urban Area), said: "This board has been improved, originally a wooden board, and now it uses environmentally friendly rubber bricks, and the wooden mushrooms have also been changed to wine bottle lids and waste utilized. ”
Teacher Zhen Qiguo and her students worked together to create a sealed ice pier, which was hooked and colored by the students. In order to help the Winter Olympics, Mr. Zhen Qiguo not only engraved and printed the ice piers, but also created a unique freehand Chinese painting, combining the modern cute mascot with the Xinjiang rock paintings of more than 6,000 years ago, which made people shine.
Zhen Qiguo, a 60-year-old teacher, told reporters that she has loved to draw since she was a child, and when she was a child, she watched her grandfather carving flowers on the wooden board, and she learned it in a similar way, and as a result, the more she learned, the deeper she loved, and turned her hobby into a craft. Nowadays, Zhen Qiguo has also brought out many students, not only teaching children, but also leading retired elderly people to draw prints.
Guo Xinhe, a resident of Jincheng Community in Changchun Middle Road Street, High-tech Zone (New Urban Area), said: "I have been studying calligraphy and painting with Teacher Zhen for more than four years, and during this period I have learned a lot of content, from writing to painting to intangible cultural heritage. At our age, we still don't know much about these things, but through Teacher Zhen's words and deeds, we understand the origin of these prints, and we also participate in the production, although we don't do well, but we are very happy. ”
