Recently, the supervision and law enforcement personnel of the Wenxi County Fire Rescue Brigade in Yuncheng City found during supervision and inspection that the 530-square-meter factory building of Wenxi County Sherry Lai Food Co., Ltd. was built using metal sandwich panels.
Once the sandwich color steel plate produced by the polyfonder foam catches fire, the foam is ignited, the fire extinguisher and the water cannot extinguish the fire, and the jubon combustion will produce a large amount of toxic smoke, which is very easy to cause casualties, and the color steel plate building will collapse in a short period of time once the fire occurs, which will seriously affect the fire fighting and rescue.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 54 of the Fire Protection Law and the provisions of Article 22, Paragraph 1, Item 5 of the Provisions on Fire Supervision and Inspection, the supervision and law enforcement personnel of the brigade temporarily sealed it in accordance with the law, and at the same time explained in detail to the person in charge of the enterprise the fireproof properties and the possible serious consequences of the fire, and publicized the knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Subsequently, under the patient education and guidance of the brigade's supervision and law enforcement personnel, the person in charge of the enterprise completely demolished the foam color steel plate house built. The person in charge of the enterprise said that safety is the main artery of production, there is no safety everything to zero, through this investigation and punishment work, I am deeply educated, but also for the enterprise to provide a strong guarantee for the safety hazards.
In the next step, the brigade will continue to increase supervision and law enforcement, strictly follow the principle of "full coverage, zero tolerance, strict law enforcement, and heavy timeliness", adopt joint law enforcement, wrong-time inspection, etc., resolutely investigate and deal with fire control violations in accordance with laws and regulations, and actively create a good fire safety environment for urban areas.
