We all know that the reason why the drip rubber card is called the drip glue card is because there is a layer of glue on it, and this glue is called epoxy resin glue in the industry. However, in order for this glue to solidify, we also need to add a curing agent, which must be mixed according to a certain proportion, otherwise it cannot be cured.
Drip glue card
In the production process, we will use the main glue (epoxy resin glue) as A glue, and the curing agent as B glue, so the degree of softness and hardness of this glue is determined by the B glue, that is, the curing agent we use.
Therefore, we have hard glue and soft glue.
The characteristics of hard glue are as follows:
Hard glue leveling is good, defoaming performance is good
Curing can be carried out at room temperature, without the need for special environments, and the curing speed is moderate
Good transparency, high hardness, and flat surface after curing (placed horizontally)
Strong adhesion, drop resistance, waterproof, with high yellow resistance
The characteristics of the soft glue are as follows:
Soft glue is as transparent as hard glue and has a flat surface
Also at room temperature, curing can be carried out without the need for a special environment
But the difference is that the software does not shrink, does not warp, and has good softness
If there is nail pinch glue, the resulting fingerprint print can be automatically repaired to a flat
What products are hard and soft glues commonly used in?
In the drip rubber card, the hard glue is mainly used for some conventional drip glue products, such as the access control card, membership card, smart lock card and so on.
The soft glue is mainly used on some drip labels, such as mobile phone stickers, product label label cards, product NFC cards and so on.
When we choose a drip card, we must know what products we make? Where to use it?
