Ctrip will launch a 3+2 work model: 3 days a week, 2 days from home

On February 14, it was reported that Ctrip Group will launch a new policy of "3+2" hybrid work model, allowing its employees to work remotely from home every Wednesday and Friday from March.

The work system adjustment stems from the mixed work system advocated by its founder Liang Jianzhang, which was tested by Ctrip female employees first. It said that the purpose of the establishment of the new work system is not only to prevent and control the epidemic, but also to alleviate the pressure of employees to take care of their families and children, and it is best to promote the improvement of social fertility.

Ctrip revealed that the comprehensive promotion of the "3+2" work system will cover all employees of the group (about 30,000 people), regardless of gender, duty, and salary adjustment.

Ctrip's third-quarter financial report shows that Ctrip achieved revenue of 5.3 billion yuan in the third quarter, and its total revenue recovered to 56% of the same period in 2019 before the epidemic, outperforming the large-cap market data.
