Land core area: from the coastline to the land side to the first highway or major urban road near the sea.
Where the first highway or major urban road is adjacent to the coastline, the control hinterland shall be appropriately increased to 200-300 meters;
In the estuary area of the river, the hinterland is added to the outside of the river berm to an equidistant line of 500 meters; in principle, the unbuilt area is not less than 1,000 meters;
Where areas such as natural protected areas, estuaries, wetlands, and coastal shelter forests exceed the above scope, they shall be included in its entirety in accordance with the principle of maintaining the integrity of independent ecological and environmental units.
Core area of the sea area: The planning scope is from the seaward side to the boundary of the sea area under the administrative jurisdiction of Yantai City.
It is recommended to focus on the study from the coastline to the ocean side to the boundary within the first main channel (route) and the waters under the jurisdiction of Yantai around the Miaodao Islands.
Spatial pattern: It will be improved around the spatial pattern, intensive conservation and utilization of resources, ecological environmental protection and restoration of the coastal zone, guidance of marine industry layout, and coastal living environment.
