After the implementation opinions on the construction of the emergency broadcasting system in Shandong Province were issued, our city attached great importance to it, actively deployed, and jointly issued the "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Construction of the Emergency Broadcasting System in Liaocheng City" with the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the Propaganda Department and other relevant departments; actively sought financial support, and the radio and television administrative departments at the municipal and county levels strove to include the emergency broadcasting construction funds in the financial budgets at the same level to ensure the smooth development of the city's emergency broadcasting construction work; establish a supervision and scheduling mechanism for the construction of the city's emergency broadcasting system, and approve the budgets of various localities. The formulation of technical plans and the monthly dispatch and notification of the construction of bidding and bidding are carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the national standard, and the construction plan of the municipal emergency broadcasting system is formulated to ensure that the projects meet the construction requirements.
Xie Ning fully affirmed the city's radio and television work and put forward valuable opinions on the development of the city's next step. Xie Ning proposed that it is necessary to further increase the support for radio and television projects to benefit the people, speed up the progress of emergency broadcasting construction, strive to complete the construction of city and county platforms as soon as possible, achieve docking with provincial platforms, improve the transmission coverage network, deploy and install receiving terminals, and further strengthen the construction of grass-roots propaganda and cultural fronts and improve emergency management service capabilities.
