The 15th Chinese Folk Art Mountain Flower Award was announced on February 11, and the book "Notes on the Supplementary Map of Tongjiang Folk Song School" submitted by the Sichuan Provincial Folk Writers Association won the Folk Literature Award.

Approved by the Central Propaganda Department, the Chinese Folk Art Mountain Flower Award is a national folk art award jointly issued by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the China Folk Writers Association, and is the highest award in the folk art circles in mainland China, and has been held for 15 consecutive years.

A total of 20 award-winning works (pieces and sets) were awarded at the Shanhua Award, including 4 outstanding folk art academic works (sets), 5 outstanding folk art performance works, 3 excellent folk literature works, and 8 excellent folk arts and crafts works (sets). Another 132 works (pieces, sets) are shortlisted for final evaluation (that is, works that enter the final evaluation but do not win awards).

Tongjiang Folk Song School Supplemental Map Notes, edited by Pan Dacong and Huang Shangjun and Li Guotai as executive editors, is divided into two volumes and published by Sichuan Nationalities Publishing House in December 2019. Based on the folk songs of Tongjiang County collected in the 1980s, combined with decades of fieldwork, the dialects and folklore in the songs are annotated in detail, supplemented by a large number of folklore pictures, with pictures annotated and illustrated pictures, all aspects of the cultural connotation of Tongjiang folk songs, and rescue protection of the endangered cultural heritage of the Dabashan area.
