PAUL COX was born in Paris in 1959. After working as an English teacher, he was self-taught and devoted to creation. Widely produce picture books, graphic designs, artworks, etc. In 1999 he won the novel category of the Bologna Children's Book Exhibition with "Histoire del'art". Published nearly twenty picture books and portfolios. In 2003 the collection "Coxcodex 1" was published. In addition, his major design works include posters from the Nancy Opera House, logo designs by French publishers, and textile designs by Issey Miyake's "Please Pleat" textile designs. In 2005, the exhibition "Jeux de construction" (composition game) was held at the Centre Pompidou in Paris. He designed illustrations for LUMINE's Christmas event in 2013 and produced visuals and animations for the opening event of THE JR Tohoku-Riku Shinkansen in 2015.
