Live Bar Feb. 13 Knicks coach Thibodeau was interviewed by the media today, in which he talked about Barrett's injury.
Barrett suffered an ankle sprain against the Nuggets on Feb. 9 and has since missed two consecutive games (including today against the Blazers).
Thibodeau said Barrett was examined today and that he was not wearing protective boots at the time of the examination, but was moving very slowly. Barrett will then be on the Daily Watch List and wear protective boots on a daily basis.
So far this season, Barrett has played 48 games for the Knicks, averaging 33.1 minutes per game, 18 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.6 assists, and shooting 35.4% from three-point range.
