Subsequently, Alliestrasza explained why, someone reported to the police, falsely claiming that a woman had shot and killed her husband and locked herself in the bathroom, threatening to shoot everyone who had broken in at Alliestrasz's home. Despite Alliestrasza's innocence, police arrested her and her family for taking a confession for further investigation.
The alarm went through the streaming channel and was a typical "Swatting" incident. Swatting is when someone mischiefs a dangerous message to the police, causing local police and SWAT officers to respond. These false reports not only waste social resources, but also cause panic among innocent civilians.
