Recently, zero-caliber developer XREAL re-showcased its co-OP shooter Gambit, which is expected to be released on PC VR and Quest 2 in May this year.

It is understood that Gambit was first announced in 2020, but since XREAL is focused on bringing zero caliber into Quest, there has been no news of the game for a long time since. It was developed by the studio's secondary team, 2nd Gig. This month, the game appeared again on the Steam page, which contains screenshots of the game, support devices, and other information, and is expected to be released on PC VR and Quest 2 in May this year.
It is reported that "Gambit" has more than 20 hours of story-driven gameplay, divided into 9 levels, each level contains three chapters, up to four players. During this time, users will solve puzzles, play mini-games, and have unfiltered conversations with annoying characters who can help users unlock new weapons, medical supplies, hidden rewards, and wear masks to intimidate enemies.
XREAL also said the game will have a PvP mode and crossplay will be supported between PC VR and Quest. In addition to the co-op model, Gambit! It also includes different ways to play such as competitive leaderboards, tournament ladders, and PVP modes. Players can explore hidden areas, street graffiti and other activities in the game.
Elsewhere, the team continues to work on a zero-caliber PC VR version, which is still in the early access phase and hopes to bring the project to PSVR as well, and there's no word yet on whether Gambit will also appear on Sony headsets.
