According to foreign media Deadline, Amazon will launch a live-action drama sequel to "Blade Runner 2049" "Blade Runner 2099". Blade Runner director Ridley Scott was confirmed as executive producer, and Silka Luisa ("Shining Girl") wrote the screenplay, set 50 years after Blade Runner 2049.
