Reporter: Bayern believe Kwasi cannot succeed Jules at the moment and will seek to bring in a centre-back

According to German media Sport1 reporter Kerry Hau, Bayern believe that Kwasi cannot succeed Jules at the moment, and they will seek to bring in a new centre-back in the summer window.

Jules will leave the team as a free agent this summer, which some media believe could give Kwasi a chance, but Kerry Hau pointed out that the Bayern coaching staff does not see Kwasi as a replacement for Jules and the club will seek to bring in a centre-back in the winter window and possibly sign a right-back.

This means that Kwasi will still struggle to get a chance at centre-back, with the appearances of Pamecano, Pavard, Lucas and the new centre-back all set ahead of him, but the 19-year-old remains patient and hopes to convince the coaching staff with his performance for the rest of the season. If Kwasi's situation doesn't improve, he could be loaned out by the team this summer.

Kwasi's contract with Bayern expires in 2024 and he has played 15 games so far this season, delivering one assist and playing 449 minutes.
