MFG series of coal mine fire extinguishing agent is based on the in-depth study of the combustion mechanism, the use of colloid chemistry, combustion chemical coal chemistry and polymer chemistry related theories to develop a successful new type of fire extinguishing materials. It is made of several polymer materials and a variety of inorganic flame retardant materials processed by special processes. It can be widely used to extinguish spontaneous combustion fires in surface coalfields, coal mine gangue mountain fires and underground spontaneous combustion fires in coal mines.

The MFG series of coal mine fire extinguishing agents is divided into three varieties: MFG-1 coal mine fire extinguishing agent, MFG sealing agent, and MFG gangue mountain fire extinguishing agent. MFG-1 coal mine fire extinguishing agent is suitable for extinguishing high temperature fire sources and fire hazard point treatment; MFG blocking agent colloidal strength is high, viscous, long water retention time, suitable for high risk areas and crushing belt filling, plugging leakage and cooling; MFG gangue mountain fire extinguishing agent is an effective fire extinguishing material for preventing and extinguishing self-ignition fires in gangue mountain.

MFG series of coal mine fire extinguishing agent is white or off-white powder, non-toxic, odorless, non-polluting, non-corrosive, water distribution 30-200 times used. Use and ratio

1, MFG coal mine fire extinguishing agent MFG series of coal mine fire extinguishing agent has high water content, slow heat and water loss, and it is not easy to produce water gas explosion in the relatively closed environment under the coal mine; at a certain temperature, it can promote the formation of a heat insulation and gas insulation coking layer on the surface of the coal body condensation phase, which can comprehensively improve the flame retardant effect and fire extinguishing effect; the MFG-1 coal mine fire extinguishing agent contains substances that can inhibit smoke and block free-chain reactions, which can greatly improve fire extinguishing efficiency and fire extinguishing speed, and can effectively prevent re-ignition. This kind of fire extinguishing agent has high efficiency, the fire situation is not repeated, the dosage is saved, and the indicator gas is reduced in a "diving" manner, and the fire extinguishing effect is remarkable.

Use environment and material ratio: (1) crushing coal column and local structure: Use dense shallow holes to arrange drilling and grouting in a specific area to inject the MPG-1 coal mine fire extinguishing agent slurry to the corresponding fire point, 1 ton of water with 6-8kg MFG-1 coal mine fire extinguishing agent can be. (2) Upper and lower corner angles, post-rack floating coal spraying: According to the standard of 1 ton of water with 6-8kg MFG-1 coal mine fire extinguishing agent, the corresponding amount of MPG-1 colloid is injected into the upper and lower corner angles and the floating coal behind the frame. The drilling arrangement is based on the specific conditions of each mine. Downhole mobile pumps can choose NBB200/40 or NBB250/60 and other large flow, high pressure pumps.

The MAB blocking agent colloid retains water in the wet environment of the well for more than 1 year, which is enough to ensure the anti-leakage effect and fire and cooling requirements of each injection site in the whole process of mining of the working surface. MFG blocking colloid is an organic combination of adhesion (wall-hanging) and permeability. After injecting the coal body, there is a large control range, overcoming the shortcomings of some anti-fire extinguishing materials that are easy to form a "pot lid" or "large amount of loss"; the MFG blocking agent colloid has a strong ability to withstand dynamic pressure, does not crack and lose water due to dynamic pressure, and has a strong ability to plug and leak air, overcoming the main defects of some hydrogels with poor dynamic pressure resistance and water leakage. MFG blocking agent is "soft solid" after gelatinization, both good wall hanging, and better strength, in the coal body while flowing infiltration, while thickening wrapped coal body, strong ability to withstand dynamic pressure, not easy to lose water, sealing crack effect is good, is the ideal material for processing the roadway roof high risk area.

(4) Block along the empty crushing coal column Drilling grouting, according to the actual situation of each mine drilling hole in the middle of the coal column upwards near the top plate, the goaf area coal column fire can penetrate the coal column grouting, drilling length according to the thickness of the coal column. The drilling arrangement is arranged along the direction spacing of 2-3m, and the drilling hole is arranged in the key area in the way of "dense shallow hole", and the MPG sealing agent colloid is injected into the crushed coal column along the air with excellent windproof plugging effect, and the amount of glue injection per hole is 2-5m3, and the 1 ton water is equipped with 25-28kg of MPG sealing agent. This method is particularly suitable for "island faces" and fire prevention work that is recovered from the empty face on one side.

MFG Gangue Mountain Fire Extinguishing Agent

  The combustibles in gangue are mainly pyrite and coal, and the environment in which oxygen and heat accumulate is related to its accumulation structure. Gangue granularity segregation occurs during natural stacking (flat or downhill stacking) of gangue mountains, creating a "chimney effect" (as shown in the figure). The heat generated by oxidation, partly carried out by the "chimney effect" with the air, and the other part accumulates in the gangue mountains. Spontaneous combustion occurs when a local temperature reaches the spontaneous combustion point and gradually spreads around.

There are two characteristics of spontaneous combustion of gangue mountain: one is to burn from the gangue mountain first; the other is incomplete combustion. (1) First burn from the inside of gangue mountain The spontaneous combustion of gangue mountain depends on the oxygen supply conditions, while the middle of gangue mountain is conducive to the accumulation of oxidative heat, and combustion generally starts from here. Its combustion position is about 2.5 meters from the surface depth; the surface accumulation of gangue mountains, combustion only occurs in the area with cracks. (2) Incomplete combustion When gangue begins to spontaneously ignite, the speed of transporting air through pores and pores is slower, and the pore and pore volume is small, so the combustibles cannot be fully combined with oxygen. Gangue combustion is carried out in the case of insufficient oxygen supply; its combustion nature belongs to incomplete combustion (also known as smoldering) as the main way to supply wind (oxygen), that is, to produce an open flame. MFG gangue mountain fire extinguishing agent has good adhesion and permeability, strong water retention, good sealing performance of pores; MFG gangue mountain fire extinguishing agent has small thermal vibration and fast fire extinguishing speed when it comes into contact with the hot fire source, which can effectively avoid the occurrence of water gas explosion and gangue mountain explosion phenomenon, and is currently an effective gangue mountain fire extinguishing agent. The problem of spontaneous combustion and fire in gangue mountain should be solved from two aspects, the top and upper slopes should be drilled with deep holes to inject the fire extinguishing scheme of MFG gangue mountain fire extinguishing agent, MFG gangue mountain fire extinguishing agent is allocated according to the proportion of 8-10kg per ton of water, for small fissures found in the process of fire extinguishing, vertical fissures are blocked by MFG slurry to block wind permeability; large fissures, gutters and main fissures and air intake channels are covered with loess crushing methods. Areas with conditions adopt the PAB fly ash slurry or yellow mud with plugging scheme.

MFG series coal mine fire extinguishing agent operation process

MFG series coal mine fire extinguishing agent is a solid single material, uniformly mixed with water to form a glue, simple ratio, less equipment, easy to operate, and water glass gel can save more than 90% of the workload, can adapt to the requirements of rapid fire prevention work. In the process, only two alternating water tanks and a grouting pump are required to meet the requirements of the work. The grouting pump has a pressure of more than 3Mpa and a flow rate of 5-20 cubic meters per hour.

  Precautions

1, MFG series of fire extinguishing agent for double-layer sealed moisture-proof packaging, transportation and storage should pay attention to moisture-proof, waterproof, strictly prohibit the destruction of the outer packaging bag. The extinguishing agent can be stored for 12 months under sealed and waterproof conditions. 2. It is strictly forbidden to mix or inject the MPG series coal mine fire extinguishing agent with mgcl2, Cacl2 and other inhibitors and water glass gels into the same and adjacent boreholes to prevent the two from failing at the same time; when using the injection equipment, the equipment and pipelines that originally used the water glass gel should be thoroughly rinsed, and the MAB colloid can be pressed again after cleaning. 3, MFG series of coal mine fire extinguishing agents have certain requirements for water quality, PH value requirements in 6.2-7.8, water components if it contains more calcium, magnesium ions, must be specially configured with special models of MFG products. 4. It is recommended to use grouting pumps: TBW75/20, TBW50/15, NBB250/60, NBB200/40 and other types of mud pumps; KGQl2-50MN sand discharge pump, FJB-86 air-operated submersible pump, QBl52 portable grouting pump, QZB-50/6, QZBl25/6 pneumatic grouting pump.
