Yu Benliang's serious violation of party discipline constitutes a violation of his official duties and is suspected of committing a crime, and he did not restrain himself after the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party, which was serious in nature and had a bad impact, and should be dealt with severely. In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," and other relevant provisions, after studying the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Qingdao University of Science and Technology, it was decided to give Yu Benliang the punishment of expulsion from the party; Qingdao University of Science and Technology to give him the punishment of expulsion from public office; and confiscate his gains from violations of discipline and law; and the Laoshan District Supervision Commission of Qingdao City transferred his suspected crimes to the procuratorial organs for examination and prosecution according to law, and the property involved was transferred together.
