Since the national work conference on party building in state-owned enterprises, the party group of the State Grid Corporation has taken a clear-cut stand in grasping party building, giving full play to the role of taking the direction, managing the overall situation, and promoting implementation, and promoting the continuous implementation of party building work.

The party group of the group promotes the normalization and institutionalization of the construction of the communist party member service team, more than 4,800 party member service teams cover all the company's operating areas, with nearly 110,000 team members, and have served more than 80 million customers and 3.35 million volunteers in the past 10 years.

The State Grid also has a lot of useful experience and exploration in this regard. For example, it is necessary to consolidate and strengthen the grass-roots party organization system, ensure that the institutions are sound, the personnel are in place, the activities are regular, and the work is effective; we should focus on the construction of new and reorganized units, county power supply companies, township power supply stations, power supply service companies, and party organizations in overseas enterprises; strive to innovate the model of party organization setting up, establish party branches according to projects, set up temporary party branches according to special tasks, establish temporary party committees in key projects and major projects, and establish joint party branches in units with similar work nature and complementary advantages.

In the past five years, the State Grid has built more than 9,700 new party organizations, developed more than 52,000 party members, selected and matched strong party organization leaders, and held more than 5,000 training courses in different categories, effectively cultivating business backbones into party members, cultivating party members into business backbones, and transporting party members to important posts.

Testing the effectiveness of party building work with the results of enterprise reform and development, the State Grid takes the implementation of major party and state strategies such as helping the "double carbon" goal, poverty alleviation, pollution prevention and control, and coordinated regional development as the main battlefield, takes the urgent, difficult, dangerous and heavy tasks such as UHV project construction, major power protection, and emergency rescue and disaster relief as a whetstone, actively plays the role of party organizations and party members, and fully serves the needs of economic and social development and the people's beautiful life.

Strengthen the system concept to grasp party building, the State Grid Party Group innovatively implemented the party building "banner pilot • three-year ascent" plan, from 2017 to 2019 to carry out the year of infrastructure construction, benchmark management year, the year of striving for excellence, from 2020 to 2021 to continue to promote the consolidation and promotion of party building, the year of innovation and expansion, the cumulative decomposition and implementation of 223 key tasks in 5 years, the strengths and weaknesses, the short board, and the foundation, to promote the systematic reshaping and fundamental strengthening of the company's party building work.
