In January 2021, the Jinghu District People's Procuratorate of Wuhu City announced that Zhu Yunsong had been sentenced to 10 years and 6 months in prison for accepting bribes. The pictures in this article are from the WeChat public account "Mirror Lake Inspection"

According to public information, Zhu Yunsong, male, born in 1981, Han ethnicity, master's degree in culture, once served as deputy director of the investigation department of the Anti-Corruption Bureau of the Huainan Municipal People's Procuratorate, and the second-level director of the Second Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office of the Huainan Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission, and was taken into custody by the Wuhu Jinghu District Supervision Commission for suspected job-related crimes in January 2020.

In August 2020, Zhu Yunsong was informed of the double opening. The Wuhu Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection pointed out: Zhu Yunsong violated political discipline by colluding with others to transfer and conceal evidence to resist organizational review; violating the spirit of the eight central regulations and the discipline of honesty, accepting gifts, gift money, and consumption cards in violation of regulations, and borrowing money from management and service recipients in violation of regulations; violating work discipline by inquiring into and leaking secrets of examination and investigation work; violating state laws and regulations, taking advantage of the convenience of his position and the convenience of his own authority or position, illegally accepting other people's property for the benefit of others, and being suspected of accepting bribes.

In September 2020, the Jinghu District People's Procuratorate of Wuhu City filed a public prosecution against Zhu Yunsong for accepting bribes. The surging news combed and found that most of Zhu Yunsong's bribes were related to his being transferred to participate in the handling of the case by the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission.

According to the indictment, at the end of 2018, Zhu Yunsong was drawn by the Supervision Commission of the Anhui Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission to participate in the handling of a series of job-related crimes by Zhang Moumou, the former general manager of the Provincial Investment Group. In March 2019, han mou, the person involved in the case, was retained by the supervision organs on suspicion of bribery. In March and April of the same year, Shenzhen businessman Wu was entrusted by Zhao to find Zhu Yunsong and ask him to give Han care, and agreed to send a benefit fee of 4 million yuan afterwards.

Subsequently, in the process of handling the case, Zhu Yunsong repeatedly revealed the progress of Han's case to Wu. In June 2019, before Han was released from lien, Zhu Yunsong told Wu in advance that the supervision organs were about to lift Han's lien.

In April and June 2019, Wu arranged for fellow villager Dong to go to Beijing three times, actually retrieved 5 million yuan in cash from Zhao, and arranged for Dong to send 2.6 million yuan in cash to Zhu Yunsong. After Zhu Yunsong received the cash, he used the money to return the arrears. In August 2019, Wu informed Zhu Yunsong that the remaining 1.4 million yuan of benefit fees could not be cashed, and Zhu Yunsong agreed.

In December 2020, the Jinghu District People's Court of Wuhu City held a public trial of Zhu Yunsong's bribery case.

Another large bribe Zhu Yunsong accepted came from Xue Mou, a businessman from Xiao County, Anhui Province.

The indictment shows that in 2016, Zhu Yunsong was introduced to Zhang Mou through people, and Zhu Yunsong was transferred to handle the case by the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission, and the two had close contacts.

In May 2019, the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision verified the clues related to reporting Xue's involvement in criminal syndicates and vices, and Xue asked Zhu Yunsong through Zhang to help solve the problems of his reported involvement in criminal syndicates and evil, and gave Zhang 6 million yuan in cash twice. After Zhang accepted it, he told Zhu Yunsong that Xue had given 2 million yuan in cash, and Zhu Yunsong said that the 2 million yuan should be temporarily placed in Zhang's place. The remaining 4 million yuan in cash, Zhang did not inform Zhu Yunsong.

In July 2019, Zhu Yunsong was ready to invest 2 million yuan through his friend to participate in a sand farm business in Lu'an, and asked Zhang to provide the funds. Zhang said that the 2 million yuan taken from Xue had been used elsewhere, and proposed to take another 2 million yuan from Xue. After that, Zhang mou obtained 2 million yuan from Xue on the grounds that the case handling needed capital turnover, and Zhu Yunsong used the funds to invest in a sand farm business in Lu'an.

In September and October 2019, during the inspection of the clues of the provincial management cadre Wang Moumou's problems, Xue was taken into custody. Xue and his nephew repeatedly asked Zhu Yunsong to help inquire about the situation through Zhang, and Zhu Yunsong twice inquired about the situation involving Xue and Zhang from the case-handling personnel of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission, and fed back the situation to Zhang. Zhu Yunsong was worried that the improper economic problems between him and Xue were exposed, so he returned 2 million yuan to Zhang and arranged for Zhang to go out and hide.

Zhu Yunsong's bribery case also involved a series of cases involving job-related crimes committed by Anhui Provincial Television.

According to the indictment, in 2015, Zhu Yunsong was transferred to participate in the handling of a series of job-related crimes on the provincial television station, during which he was one of the organizers of a bribery case by Cheng. From 2016 to 2017, after cheng's bribery case was adjudicated, her husband Li disagreed with the determination of illegal income of 9 million yuan in the judgment of the case, and asked Zhu Yunsong to coordinate with the enforcement court, the Bagongshan District Court of Huainan City. Zhu Yunsong greeted the president of the court several times and accepted 150,000 yuan from Li twice.

Also during the period of dispatching and participating in the handling of a series of cases involving provincial television stations, Yu X, a film and television company in Zhejiang, as one of the bribe-givers in the aforementioned cases, was investigated by the procuratorial organs and released on guarantee pending further investigation. Zhu Yunsong introduced lawyer Ye mou as Yu's defender and gave Yu's case attention. In August 2015, Ye sent Zhu Yunsong 70,000 yuan through bank transfer to express his gratitude.

In addition, of Zhu Yunsong's many bribes, 2 million yuan has not been paid until the case occurred.

According to the indictment, in April 2018, Zhu Yunsong was dispatched by the Supervision Commission of the Anhui Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission to participate in the handling of the case of Zhao Mou, former deputy director of the Provincial Public Security Department, and Yin Mou, former political commissar of the Police Training Corps, and Huang was taken into custody by the Supervision Organs on suspicion of bribery. During the period, Zhang was entrusted by his classmates to ask Zhu Yunsong to give the care of huang mou, the person involved in the case, and promised to give 2 million yuan in benefit fees after the matter was completed. After that, Zhu Yunsong revealed the relevant circumstances of Huang's case to Zhang, and told Zhang in advance that the investigation team was about to lift the liuzhi measures against Huang.

After Huang was released from lien, he said that he could not pay cash and was willing to give 2 million yuan of benefit fees through other forms. Because the two sides did not agree on the payment method, the payment had not been paid until the zhu yunsong case.

In January 2021, the WeChat public account of the Jinghu District People's Procuratorate of Wuhu City released a message saying that the bribery case of Zhu Yunsong, which was prosecuted by the court, had been pronounced in the first instance. Zhu Yunsong was convicted of accepting bribes and sentenced to 10 years and 6 months in prison, fined 500,000 yuan, and the illegal gains of 6.87 million yuan were recovered.
