Introduction to Yongji City Park
In recent years, in order to enhance the livability and happiness index of the city, Yongji City has successively adhered to the purpose of "building a garden with culture and building a century-old famous garden", planned from a high starting point and built 5 landmark urban parks with high standards, of which: in the south of the city, there is Shundi Mountain Forest Park with Shun culture as the representative, Pu Garden with Pu opera culture as the representative in the east covers an area of 135 acres, in the north there is a riverside park represented by Sheng Tang culture covering an area of 500 acres, and there is a cherry blossom garden covering an area of 80 acres. In the west, there is a willow garden represented by Liu Zongyuan culture, which covers an area of 306 acres. The five parks are mainly based on Shundu Avenue, three of which are distributed in the east-west dot and two are distributed in the north-south belt, forming a scientific and balanced layout, allowing citizens to enter the park within 10 minutes of going out of their homes, creating a "living room-level" green space. The five major city parks integrate flowers, trees, fountains, fitness and entertainment, and plant more than 150 kinds of flowers and trees such as cherry blossoms, moon seasons, 100-day red, hibiscus and so on, and more than 60 kinds of flowers and trees are currently in bloom.
Among them, Shundi Mountain Forest Park won the title of "Shanxi Province Best Human Settlement Environment Model Award"; Liuyuan and Cherry Blossom Garden passed the acceptance of "Shanxi Provincial Star Park".
Shundi Mountain Forest Park
Shundi Mountain Forest Park is located in the alluvial fan of Zhongtiao Mountain, which is a municipal park established by urban planning and the largest park in the urban area. The park is 4,000 meters long from east to west, 700 meters wide, covers a total area of 2,500 acres, and has a total investment of 250 million yuan, of which: financial investment of 150 million yuan, social financing of 50 million yuan, voluntary tree planting savings of 50 million yuan. The detailed planning and design of the park is completed by the Beijing Yatai Metropolitan Planning and Design Institute. The Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government have been building the Shundi Mountain Forest Park for 5 years, and the project has been basically completed.
In 2010, the first phase of the project was implemented, covering an area of 330 acres, with the Dingzi shape as the spatial layout, and on the central axis, from north to south, the Gongde Arch, Shundu Pusaka, the Sacrifice Square, the Shunge Nanfeng, and the Yao Wang Visiting Xian were distributed in turn, with a difference of 28 meters from north to south, and a total of 6 platforms and 249 steps. At the same time, the completion of the mountain lighting project with Shundi Mountain Park as the center, extending two kilometers to the east and west sides, and installing 20 meters of × 20 meters of "Charm Yongji" and 23,000 solar star lights at an altitude of 680 meters.
In 2012, the second phase of the park (east expansion) project was implemented, covering an area of 1170 acres. In 2013, the third phase (upgrading) project of the park was implemented. Considering that the west side of Shundi Mountain Forest Park is adjacent to the Shentan Grand Canyon Scenic Area, the fourth phase of the park (westward expansion) project was implemented in 2014 to connect the urban area with the scenic spot.
In the construction of the park, the municipal party committee and the municipal government adhered to the concept of "people's park built by the people, and built a good park for the people", organized the cadres and masses of the whole city to carry out two large-scale voluntary tree planting in the park, divided the tree planting task into 20 areas, and the "five guarantees" responsibility system of packing the table, buying seedlings, planting, covering soil, and covering the soil, and covering the management and protection of the park was greatly accelerated, thus completely changing the old appearance of the past full of graves, garbage, and overgrown, and has now become a citizen's cultivation of sentiment. The gathering place of leisure and entertainment has become a bright "business card" of Yongji. In 2013, it was awarded the "Shanxi Provincial Human Settlement Environment Model Award" by the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
Pu Garden
Puyuan is a district-level park determined by the overall planning of Yongji City, the central park of the old city, from Dongfeng Road in the east, Yingbin Road in the west, Ginkgo Street in the north, and Fuqiang Street in the south, which is one of the key urban construction projects determined by the municipal party committee and the municipal government in 2010. The total investment of the project is 28 million yuan, covering an area of 134.9 acres. Designed by Shaanxi Qinmei Garden Landscape Engineering Design Co., Ltd., the construction of the park takes the display of mountains, dew and green as the means, takes the cultural connotation of the Tang Dynasty as the carrier, and coordinates the layout according to the background outline characteristics of Zhongtiao Mountain, and the ladder design forms a garden scenery with lush forests, roundabout paths, and Tang style and Tang rhyme. The park is divided into three core landscape areas of imitation Tang traditional landscape garden, folk garden and xiqu garden, as well as six functional areas: the north entrance landscape area, the folk culture display area, the Pu opera culture display area, the south entrance landscape area, the children's play area, and the natural landscape tour area, with a comfortable environment capacity of about 1500 people. After the completion of the park, it has greatly improved the quality of life of citizens, highlighted the characteristics of shanshui city in our city, improved the taste of the city, and improved the urban ecological environment.
Cherry blossom garden
Located at the intersection of 3rd Street of Kangle Road, Ginkgo Street and Xixiang Road in the downtown area, Cherry Blossom Garden is an urban garden landscape and citizens' leisure square integrating Qiao, irrigation, flowers, grass and swimming. In 1990, it was incorporated into the overall urban construction plan, and in 1998, after the city and the five cities of Kawahara in Japan were established as sister cities, they were named Cherry Blossom Garden, and in 1999, the municipal party committee and the municipal government hired experts and professors from the National Institute of Landscape Architecture of Tsinghua University and the Department of Urban Planning of the School of Architecture of Tsinghua University to conduct field visits to the cherry blossom garden and design and introduce the overall planning plan. It was officially completed and opened to the public on September 28, 2002.
Cherry blossom garden began to build a total investment of more than 8.5 million yuan, the beginning of the construction of the project, a serious shortage of funds, the municipal party committee and municipal government to the people of the city issued a "people's city people to build, public welfare undertakings everyone to do, qi to contribute to the city" call, the city's cadres and masses are passionate, positive response, a total of more than 2 million yuan, the relevant enterprises volunteered to invest more than 5,000 person-times.
The total area of the cherry blossom garden is 80 acres (53360m2), the green area is 55.2 acres (36818.4m2), a total of more than 30 varieties of landscape trees such as cedar, magnolia, magnolia, cherry blossoms, hibiscus and other landscape trees are planted more than 800 plants, the green space rate reaches 69%, the green coverage rate reaches 73%, and the green design pays attention to the combination of evergreen and deciduous leaves, the trees and shrubs are matched, the flowers and leaves are complementary, the shape is staggered, the layout is reasonable, and the design is scientific.
In the greening facilities, it mainly reflects the lighting project and human culture design. There are 10 sets of various sculptures, 106 sets of stone benches, more than 20 pieces of sports equipment, 133 coconut tree lamps and ceremonial flower lamps, and two large spotlights. One of the symbols of the park, the dryland music fountain has a total water area of 1340m2, consisting of 18 groups of water shapes, 106 jet colors and a 20-meter-high center main spray, the theme water types are: Dapeng spread wings, circular water curtain, spiral and circular running springs, flower baskets, etc.
In the greening construction, more than 200,000 cubic meters of earthwork were dug up and backfilled, 1,640 trees of various types were planted, a total of more than 100 varieties were planted, 24,400 shrubs were planted, and 25,700 square meters of lawns were planted.
The theme sculpture in the garden is a red celebration shape, its abstract pattern, like two people holding hands, alluding to the hope and confidence of the two cities to jointly promote and develop together in the social, economic and cultural fields after our city and the five Kawahara cities in Japan became sister cities in 1998; it also symbolizes two pearls, implying the double harvest of the city's spiritual civilization construction and material civilization construction; it is more like a soaring goose, symbolizing the open, civilized and harmonious Yongji tomorrow will be better.
Willow Garden
Liuyuan is located in the west district of Yongji City, east of Hedong Avenue, south of Fuqiang Street, adjacent to Yongji Motor Factory Century Garden, with a total area of more than 306 acres, of which the golf driving range covers an area of more than 40 acres, the artificial lake covers an area of 52 acres, with an investment of about 20 million yuan. Adopting government leased land, the motor factory developed and built a comprehensive park integrating landscape, ecology, leisure, fitness and cultural entertainment with willow culture as the connotation, which fully reflects the characteristics of garden city, tourist city and sanitary city.
Willow garden is mainly based on willow culture, the whole garden with willow trees running through the lake, dotted in an important position in the garden, the breeze blows willow, the lake ripples, everywhere highlights the essence of Liu culture, more effective imitation of the ancients "planting willow riverside" beautiful landscape. The whole park takes the imitation Of Tang Dynasty architecture as the main line, and is a classical garden landscape integrating Qiao, irrigation, flowers, grass, water and swimming. The same is set up from the multi-science, amusement projects dozens of kinds, greatly enriching the leisure life of the citizens. The main scenic spots are Liu Zongyuan Memorial Hall Area, Yongzhou Xishan District, Qingyunlou District, and Liuzihu District. The main attractions are Ziyun Pavilion, Bamboo Tower, Rockery, Musical Fountain and so on. The inner and outer squares of the South Gate, the Activity Square for the Elderly and the Landscape Square in front of the Memorial Hall were built. The whole garden is lined with green trees, flowers, white clouds, and lakes, and the music is swirling during the day and the lights are dotted at night, which has both far-reaching commemorative significance and a humanistic atmosphere full of modern atmosphere.
Liuyuan green color Chinese traditional garden design methods, around the willow culture, with Liuzi Lake as the center, with artificial lakes, trees and flowers as the focus, highlighting the humanistic culture, and strive to form a harmony between man and nature, and enjoy leisure, entertainment, fitness and ornamental fun in the environment. The green area of the park is 218.6 acres, with a total of more than 60 varieties and 16,900 trees of more than 60 varieties such as cedar, magnolia, magnolia, cherry blossom, osmanthus and other landscape trees, 3,000 bamboo trees, and 120 acres of plants, involving a total of 30 families and 54 species. At present, the green space rate has reached 71.4%, the green coverage rate has reached 77.5%, the proportion of park roads, public buildings and activity places is 26.7%, and the management of building land accounts for 0.005%. In the green design, we pay attention to the combination of evergreen and deciduous leaves, the matching of trees and shrubs, the complementary flowers and leaves, the staggered shape, the reasonable layout, and the scientific design. In the greening facilities, it mainly reflects the humanistic culture and lighting projects. The park has two main buildings, Liu Zongyuan Memorial Hall and Qingyun Building, 20 sets of stone seats, 23 pieces of sports equipment, 63 main road lighting lamps and 100 landscape lights. The core of the scenic spot in the park, Liuzi Lake, has a water area of more than 50 acres, and its Shangzi Houqiao and Furong Island divide the water into three lakes in the east, middle and west, surrounded by different green plants, each of which is a scenery. The whole garden planted 8,652 trees of various types, planted 15,000 shrubs, and planted 96,000 square meters of lawn. Construction began in April 2003, and the ribbon was officially cut to the public on April 6, 2006, and has now become an important window for Yongji to show a good city image to the outside world.
Riverfront park
Binhe Park is an ecological project and a project to benefit the people determined by the Yongji Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. The total investment is 140 million yuan, covering a total area of 500 acres, with an east-west length of 1.5 kilometers and a water area of 100,000 square meters. The project is divided into four major blocks: First, the interception pipeline project on the north and south sides of the river. Among them: the south bank makes the urban sewage into the sewage treatment plant for centralized treatment, and the north bank diverts the sewage from the upper reaches of the Shuishui River to the downstream. The second is the river management project. River trough widening, masonry embankment, river bottom Gebin cage and natural grass slope paving, construction of steel dam gates, seven hole bridge, viewing stone pavilions, three lake islands and other projects. The third is the Shundu Shuishui Bridge Project. The Shundu Shuishui Bridge is 80 meters long, 30 meters wide, and the diversion bridge is 100 meters long, and there are 6 meters wide pedestrian passages on the north and south banks under the bridge. The fourth is demolition and relocation projects. Demolition of more than 400 houses of 59,000 square meters.
In 2014, the upgrading and renovation projects of Binhe Park include: Binhe Street, Dongfeng Road (from Shuishui Street to Binhe Street) road construction, through the park Huanhu Road, two or three level garden road, add 6 entrance and exit squares, improve the park sprinkler irrigation system, green sound, monitoring and lighting, lake bottom dredging, lake water injection and other projects.
The upgrading and transformation of binhe park has greatly improved the environment of the urban section of the Shuishui River, improved the living environment level of residents in the northern suburbs, and made binhe park another beautiful landscape in Yongji City.
