Police: Criminal detention!
In an interview with the media, a witness said: "I don't know if the tourist is imitating the tiger's cry or crying." Some of the white tigers squatted in front of the tourist, and some wandered back and forth, without making aggressive movements. Four or five staff members arrived at the scene, dissuaded another tourist who wanted to catch up, and constantly urged the tourists who had rushed out of the car to return to the car. ”
Beijing Wild Animal Park issued a relevant notice on this matter yesterday, saying that at about 14:00 on the afternoon of the 23rd, there was an illegal intrusion incident of tourists in the White Tiger Exhibition Area of the self-driving tour area. A tourist suddenly got out of the car in violation of the law, and the tourist did not pay any attention to the dissuasion of the staff, but instead accelerated his pace and ran over the protective slope and jumped into the isolation ditch in the exhibition area.

In the process of rescue, the intruder never obeyed the rescue password of the staff, climbed from the bottom of the isolation ditch to the side of the exhibition area, confronted the 11 white tigers in the exhibition area, and constantly provoked the animals with words and actions. Due to the role of the concealed device, there has never been substantial contact between the intruder and the animal. After the outbreak of the emergency, beijing wildlife park quickly activated the safety emergency plan, and successively used food lures, firecrackers and other methods to drive the animals away from the exhibition area. Subsequently, the staff entered the exhibition area to subdue the intruders and take them away.

The zoo has fully fulfilled its safety management responsibilities
No corresponding liability is required
Tourists rush out of the vehicle to confront the tiger, fortunately there is no danger, but in the event of an accident, will the zoo claim responsibility?
Han Xiao, a lawyer at Beijing Kangda Law Firm, believes that the tourist is suspected of violating the Criminal Law, suspected of picking quarrels and provoking troubles and other related crimes, and can be sentenced to criminal detention and control, up to a maximum of 5 years imprisonment. Han Xiao said: "According to the relevant provisions of China's Civil Code, even if the tourists who got off the bus without authorization in this incident were injured, they should be identified as the result of the damage caused by their own intentions, and should be liable for the tourists themselves." ”
As for the responsibility of the zoo, Han Xiao explained that the Civil Code clearly stipulates that if the animals in the zoo cause damage to others, the zoo should bear the tort liability; however, if it can be proved that the management responsibility has been fulfilled, it does not bear the tort liability.
Han Xiao said: "The information and videos disclosed so far show that after the park found that the tourists got off the bus, (the park staff) took relevant measures in a timely manner, drove away the unrelated crowd, and actively rescued the tourists, and finally successfully removed the tourists from danger and avoided the occurrence of damage results." It can be seen that the measures taken against this incident are appropriate and effective, and the safety management responsibilities have been fully fulfilled, and there is no need to bear corresponding responsibilities. ”
