On the evening of February 10, the Beijing Winter Olympic Bobsleigh Competition came to an end, and in the final small group relay competition, the Chinese team composed of Shaanxi's Wang Peixuan and teammates Fan Duoyao, Huang Yebo/Peng Junyue finally finished 12th with a time of 3 minutes 10.182 seconds. The German team won the championship.

Although the bobsleigh team relay competition does not have the "baton" like the track and field race, there is a relay track above the finish line, and the bobsleigh player needs to tap the touchboard before passing the finish line, so as to open the starting door at the starting point, thus completing the team relay. In the night's competition, a total of 14 teams participated, the Chinese team ranked third, Wang Peixuan as the first stick of the time of 1 minute 01.947, the second stick Fan Duoyao of 1 minute 03.467 seconds, and the third stick duo of Huang Yebo / Peng Junyue of 1 minute 04.768.

After Beijing's successful bid to host the Winter Olympics in 2015, China formed a national bobsleigh team "from scratch". The Chinese team, which made its debut in the history of the Winter Olympics in Beijing, qualified for all four events in the bobsleigh competition of the Winter Olympics. Among them, the men's singles player is Fan Duoyao, the women's singles player is Wang Peixuan, and the duo is Huang Yebo/Peng Junyue. The four of them have successfully completed their respective events before.
