author:Yunnan Lischen studied abroad

 From 4:00 a.m. UK time on February 11, students from all parts of China (mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) to the UK, regardless of whether they are vaccinated or not, can be exempted from quarantine! The difference is only whether a nucleic acid test is required.

  New UK entry policy

  If fully vaccinated:

  Fill in the passenger locator form before departure;

  Nucleic acid testing is not required before or after departure.

  If not fully vaccinated:

  Nucleic acid testing within 2 days of departure (this is not required in Wales);

  PCR testing on or before arrival in the UK, which needs to be booked prior to departure;

  Isolation is not required unless the PCR tests positive.

  Vaccinations are recognised Chinese mainland uk

  For Chinese students, there is also an opportunity to save the cost of nucleic acid testing!

  According to the official website of the British government, from 4:00 a.m. on February 11, England, Scotland and Northern Ireland will add "Chinese mainland" and "Macau, China" to the list of vaccination regions.

  The Welsh Government website has not updated the relevant information.

  In addition to Chinese mainland and Macau, China, other countries that are new to the UK Government's recognition list include:

  Mexico, Iran, Guatemala, Algeria, Cape Verde, El Salvador, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Sao Tome and Principe, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Togo, Tonga, Turkmenistan.

  In October last year, the British government added "Hong Kong" and "Taiwan" to the recognition list.

  How can international students prove they are fully vaccinated?

  According to the requirements of the British government, passengers need to be fully vaccinated with the following vaccines in the UK or in countries designated by the British government, and a vaccination certificate will be issued:

  Oxford vaccine

  Pfizer vaccine

  Modena vaccine

  Single dose of Johnson & Johnson vaccine

  Coshing vaccine

  Beijing Sinopharm Vaccine

  Covaxin vaccine

  Novavax vaccine (this vaccine is not recognized in Wales at this time)

  It also recognises a mix of Oxford, Pfizer and Modena vaccines.

  **14 days of full vaccination with the above vaccines, not counted on the day of the last dose.

  For Chinese students studying abroad, proof of their full vaccination requires a vaccination certificate issued by a national public health authority, the language specified in English, French or Spanish, and the following information:

  name

  Date of birth

  Vaccine types and manufacturers

  Date of vaccination per dose

  Vaccination countries and certificate issuers, at least one of them

  According to international students, the international version of the WeChat Mini Program epidemic prevention health code can be found in Chinese and English, and the nucleic acid test results and serum IgG antibody test results will also be recorded.
