On February 9, the Shenzhen Municipal Development and Reform Commission released the news that the Commission recently issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Shenzhen's Service Industry" (hereinafter referred to as the "Planning"), which highlights the key directions of service industry development in various districts of Shenzhen (New District, Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone).
Futian District: Focusing on the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone, Xiangmi Lake New Financial Center, and Huanzhong Park Vitality Circle, it will comprehensively enhance core service functions such as finance, science and technology, and fashion.
Luohu District: Accelerate the construction of the core area of international consumer services, the Luohu Pilot Zone of the Shenzhen Port and Shore Economic Belt, the Hongling Emerging Financial Industry Belt, and the Dawutong Emerging Industrial Belt, and improve the functions of business and trade services, scientific and technological services, financial services, and professional services.
Yantian District: Accelerate the construction of an international shipping hub, Sha Tau Kok Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Tourism Consumption Cooperation Zone, develop high-end shipping services, offshore trade, tourism consumption, marine sports consumption, etc., and promote the integrated development of ecological health and genetic technology services.
Nanshan District: Relying on Xili Lake International Science and Education City, Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base, Xili High-speed Rail New City, Houhai Financial and Business Headquarters Area, to build the core area of digital economy, consumer economy hub area and creative economy agglomeration area in the Bay Area, and vigorously develop digital economy, modern finance, high-end commerce and trade, and cultural industries.
Bao'an District: Enhance the industrial service function of Bao'an Central District, relying on the construction of a number of key areas and major projects such as the national aviation hub, the international exhibition cultural tourism city, the ocean new city and the "Internet +" future science and technology city, and vigorously develop the digital economy, exhibition economy, marine economy, airport economy, headquarters economy and cultural tourism economy.
Longgang District: Relying on major platforms and projects such as the core bearing area of Longgang's world-class electronic information industry cluster, dayun Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Science and Education City, Pinghu Cross-border E-commerce Headquarters Base, Pingdi International Low Carbon City, etc., we will build a globally influential information and communication technology (ICT) manufacturing service industry gathering base, a greater bay area artificial intelligence Internet of Things (AIoT) innovative service gathering highland, and a consumption center in eastern Shenzhen.
Longhua District: Relying on the North Railway Station International Business District, Jiulongshan Digital City, Luhu Central City, Longhua International Business Circle, Dalang Fashion Town, Guanlan Cultural Town, vigorously develop international business, financial services, technology and cultural innovation services, fashion consumption, etc., to create a high-end professional service agglomeration area, a Shenzhen-Guan science and technology comprehensive service platform and a number of core business districts radiating to the north.
Pingshan District: Relying on the Pingshan Park of Shenzhen National High-tech Zone, focus on new energy vehicles, intelligent networked vehicles, biomedicine, new generation of information technology and other fields, and improve the service functions of science and technology, information, finance, modern logistics, business exhibitions and so on.
Guangming District: Relying on the pilot launch area of the Comprehensive National Science Center in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, we will develop services such as cutting-edge scientific research, technological development and transfer and transformation of technological achievements, and create a new type of scientific research economic growth pole. Actively develop scientific and technological services, global tourism, cultural and creative services and other service industries.
Dapeng New Area: Relying on high-end coastal tourism consumption projects such as Xinda and Xiasha, accelerate the construction of Shenzhen International Bio-Valley Dam Light Core Startup Zone, Shenzhen International Food Valley Innovation Pilot Core, and Huanlongqi Bay Area, and promote the in-depth integration and development of cultural tourism, sports, science and technology, food, education, marine, health and other formats.
