During the Spring Festival, the Port and Navigation Bureau dispatched a total of 47 law enforcement inspectors to inspect the implementation of joint prevention and control measures for air pollution in autumn and winter of 137 sub-port operators. Among them, 28 people and 68 enterprises were inspected on the spot; 19 person-times and 69 enterprises were verified by telephone. Focus on the following items: the implementation of non-road mobile machinery in China II and below, the implementation of the collection and dredging of medium and heavy trucks, the control of dust from construction operations, and the use of shore power by ships calling in Tianjin. On February 3 and 4, the following items were inspected: the implementation of diesel trucks, the collection and dredging of gas trucks with emission standards of China V and below, and the operation of fuel (gas) port machinery.
After on-site inspection and telephone verification, the port operation units have adjusted the mechanical operation in accordance with the control requirements, and the vehicle restriction measures are required to notify the long-term cooperative agreement fleet in advance, and the shore power of the ships calling at the port is fully utilized.
During the Spring Festival, the law enforcement personnel of the Municipal Port and Navigation Bureau cooperated closely with the ecological and environmental protection department, and through multiple methods and measures, taking into account the implementation of epidemic prevention and control and environmental protection control measures, to ensure that the port air quality during the festival reached the standard.
