According to reports, Chen Moujia just returned from abroad, and after dinner with a group of friends a few days ago, he invited his friends to a KTV box in Changle to drink and entertain. In the middle of the way, Chen Mouyi took out an "electronic cigarette" and said that this "electronic cigarette" would make people very excited. Chen Mouyi took a sip of his own and put the "electronic cigarette" on the table, and several people took turns to pick up the "electronic cigarette" to smoke.
Chen Moujia knew that this thing was some kind of new type of drug, and did not participate in it, but did not stop it. Later, Chen Moujia left first and paid the box fee through WeChat the next day.
Afterwards, Chen Moujia, Chen Mouyi and others arrived at the case one after another through summonses. After identification, in addition to Chen Moujia, Chen Mouyi and others were detected to be synthetic cannabinoids, and investigators also found that the above-mentioned "electronic cigarette" smoke bomb added drug cannabis oil.
Prosecutor's statement: Although Chen Moujia did not participate in drug use in this case, he was suspected of the crime of accommodating others to take drugs because he invited guests and objectively provided a place for drug addicts. Article 354 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that whoever allows another person to take or inject drugs shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance, and shall also be fined.
