On February 9th, we just went to work. Many companies also have the habit of starting to issue red envelopes, although we are only a small company, but we also send. Yesterday, 800 yuan of red envelopes were issued to colleagues who arrived at the post, and 500 yuan were not present at the post.
Our system is: 800 yuan per person who arrives at the post on time, and 500 yuan red envelope for those who do not arrive at the post (leave).

Why did you establish such a system?
This is done for two purposes: 1. It is to expect employees to arrive on time. 2, to a certain extent, you can spend less money (to prevent leaving after the holiday).
All kinds of small long holidays, National Day, Spring Festival, there are many people who take leave continuously, especially students in other places, who will ask for leave in succession. In fact, as the company's management is also more embarrassing, do not give holidays, it seems unkind. Give the holidays, there are too many people taking leave, and the work is in a semi-stagnant state.
For example, this Spring Festival, although we have been on holiday for 14 days, there are still 5 people who continue to ask for leave, and they have not yet come, and 3 people are ready to officially go to work on the 14th (Monday), that is, to take 5 more days off.
In fact, many post-90s, do not care about the extra 300 yuan, they would rather only 500 (or even not), but also willing to stay at home, not willing to arrive at work on time.
But as everyone knows, in fact, the wage gap is getting bigger and bigger.
First of all, the kind of people who often take leave are unstable factors in the eyes of the company's leadership, and those who may leave at any time must have a bad impression of them, thinking that the basic work at hand can be done well, and will not be entrusted with heavy responsibilities.
Secondly, although the red envelope is only 300 yuan less, many people forget that taking leave is also a deduction of wages/performance. Our company deducts 70-150 yuan for leave of absence (depending on salary). If you take leave for 5 consecutive days, you will probably deduct 350-750 yuan (if you encounter malicious leave, you will automatically leave the trade union).
For example, if the salary of the same 2 people is 6000 yuan, then one person actually gets 6800 yuan, while another person who often takes 5 days off is actually 5750 yuan. In this way, it is actually about 1,000 yuan less than others.
The above is just one of these things, after the accumulation of small things, slowly, the person can feel as if there is a subtle change in income. The work is the same, but why is the income different? So he indignantly posted on the Internet that "Lu Songsong (generally referred to)" was a zhou pickpocket. (Of course we're small companies, and no one takes care of us, but big companies are different.)
