According to statistics, through the Agricultural Exchange Center, there are 32 agricultural business entities and 7 village collective economic cooperatives in the city, with a total of 57.988 million yuan of financial support.

Zhi Zhuxia believes that the introduction of the "government-enterprise-bank guarantee" model has built a "bridge of trust", allowing financial capital to be smoothly injected into agriculture and rural areas and becoming a powerful engine for rural economic development.

As early as 2020, Long Xinping, a senior acupuncturist of traditional Chinese medicine and engaged in the moxibustion industry for many years, built a 400-acre wormwood planting base in Zhaixia Village, Banshan Town, Liling City.

Because the initial agreement with the farmers was verbal, when the rent was paid and the project was officially advanced, some farmers repented and asked for additional land rent. Long Xinping was helpless and once played the "retreat drum".

The staff of the Agricultural Exchange Center came to publicize the knowledge of policies and regulations to both sides, assist them in signing a standardized circulation contract, and put this land into the collective unified management of the village and put it on the "shelf".
