Passenger Car Association: Overall retail sales in the narrow passenger car market reached an average of 66,000 units per day in the fourth week of January, down 32% year-on-year

36Kr learned that according to the data of the Association of Passenger Vehicles, from January 24 to 31, the retail sales of passenger cars were 529,000 units, down 32% year-on-year, down 13% from the previous week, and down 29% from the same period last month. Wholesale passenger cars totaled 671,000 units, down 5 percent year-on-year, up 17 percent from the previous week and down 21 percent from the same period last month. The overall narrow passenger car market retail sales in the fourth week of January reached an average of 66,000 units per day, down 32% year-on-year, and the market performed abnormally due to the Spring Festival, down 29% from the fourth week of December 2021.
