According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, from 10 to 13, the southern region will continue to have rainy and snowy weather, of which there will be light snow or sleet in parts of Guizhou, southeast Chongqing, southwest Hubei, and western Hunan, and there will be freezing rain locally; from 11 to 13, Jiangnan, South China and other places will have a moderate to heavy rain weather process.
From the 12th to the 13th, there will be a significant snowfall in the central and eastern parts of Inner Mongolia and north China, of which there will be moderate to heavy snow in parts of Beijing, Tianjin, north-central Hebei, northern Shanxi, central and eastern Inner Mongolia, and local blizzard, accompanied by 4 to 6 °C cooling.

From 8:00 a.m. on February 10 to 8:00 a.m. on February 11, there was light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of northern Xinjiang, eastern Tibet, eastern Gansu, western and southern Shaanxi, western Hubei, and eastern Inner Mongolia, of which there was heavy snow (5 to 9 mm) in southeastern Tibet. There is light to moderate rain in parts of Jianghan, western Jianghuai, southern Sichuan Basin, most of Guizhou, Jiangnan, most of south China, and Taiwan Island. There are 4-5 winds in some parts of central Inner Mongolia and other places.

From 8:00 a.m. on February 11 to 8:00 p.m. on February 12, there was light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of Xinjiang along the Tianshan Region, eastern Tibet, eastern Inner Mongolia, central and eastern Heilongjiang, Jilin, central and eastern Northwest China, the Western Sichuan Plateau, and western Hubei, among which there was heavy snow (5 to 9 mm) in southeastern Tibet. Most of Jianghuai, eastern Jianghan, Guizhou, most of Jiangnan, most of South China and other places have light to moderate rain. There are 4-5 winds in parts of central and eastern Inner Mongolia, central Liaoning, and southern Jiangsu.

There is moderate to heavy rain in parts of southern Guizhou, northern and western Jiangnan, and central and western Guangxi, of which there is heavy rain (50 to 55 mm) in northern Guangxi. Parts of central Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, and northern Zhejiang have 4-5 winds.
