Do a good job in the pre-arrangement of planning indicators to promote the smooth landing of various projects

In order to implement the guarantee of land elements and effectively ensure the demand for land for the project, the Huainan Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning recently made pre-arrangements for the 2310 mu land use plan of Huainan City in accordance with the spirit of the Notice of the Department of Natural Resources of Anhui Province on the Pre-arrangement of the 2022 Land Use Plan Indicators.

The planned index arrangement adheres to the principle of "planning to follow the project", and separately lists 350 mu of key counties for rural revitalization in Shou County, and at the same time tilts to key projects such as the municipal high-tech zone, key areas and infrastructure projects of coal chemical industry parks, 200,000 tons/year lithium battery electrolyte and supporting raw materials, carbon dioxide-based polyols, and comprehensive utilization of carbon dioxide, with a total allocation of 1685 mu.

This pre-arrangement strengthens the double requirements for the implementation time and quality of the plan, and lays a solid foundation for promoting the quality and efficiency of the follow-up land application and approval work.
