After visiting and investigating, the police learned that Xiao claimed to have an "acquaintance's doorway" and could pay social security for those who did not meet the conditions, and collected "supplementary payments" ranging from 30 to 60,000 yuan from more than 30 owners before and after, and promised to complete the processing within 1 to 4 months, but when the commitment time limit was reached, it was prevaricating for various reasons, and even lost contact.

In order to make Xiao mou arrested as soon as possible, the police continued to track down his whereabouts. At the same time, he repeatedly went to his family to do ideological work and preach laws and regulations. In the end, the suspect Xiao took the initiative to surrender himself to the public security organs recently.

According to Xiao's confession, he and a group of retired workers often dance square dance, overheard the dancers discussing social security retirement benefits, and thought that a friend of his own had released the news that he could handle the social security business on behalf of the dancers, so he claimed to the dancers that he had a "back door" to handle, and successively collected the "supplementary payment" of many dancers. Later, Xiao learned from a friend that after he could not handle the social security supplementary payment business according to the policy, he did not return the money, but continued to collect the so-called fees, with a total amount of more than 1.9 million yuan in fraud, and the illegal income has been used to repay personal debts and gambling.

At present, the suspect Xiao Mou has been criminally detained by the Conghua police in accordance with the law, and the case is being further investigated.
