According to official instructions, the hotel offers three meals a day, and meals can be requested at the time of booking if there is a special request for meals. Hotel staff will not enter the room to provide cleaning services, but will provide hand sanitizer and cleaning products. Asymptomatic travelers can leave the room at the time specified by the hotel to carry out activities at designated places, and need to wear a mask and maintain a distance of more than two meters from people during the room.
Can I get a negative report on the second day of my stay and leave the hotel early?
According to the official instructions, during the hotel quarantine period, as long as you receive a negative test report, even if you have not stayed for three days, you can call the front desk to request check-out. If you do not have a stay, please contact the hotel for a refund. After checking out, if you have an approved quarantine plan, you can follow the plan to go to a self-arranged location to continue your self-isolation life for 14 days.
